An early True North project, this four story brownstone in Brooklyn, New York was in desperate need of a renovation. But instead of fully gutting the building we were able to selectively save much of the original architecture while also providing the new owners with a vastly improved layout. This approach led to a harmonious architectural build-out and kept project costs down.

Even small projects get full attention from True North. This bathroom was designed for a family of four in a house without closets. Cost-effective cabinetry wraps two walls providing ample storage, while dual sinks and a textured glass shower stall allow for comfort and privacy for busy times of day.
