Motus Locus offers Architectural and Interior Design services: full project drawings, fixture and material specifications, and project management throughout the construction process. Motus Locus is owned and operated by David Hassing, with over 25 years of high-end design experience on a variety of projects including restaurants, bars, hotels, retail environments, as well as residential projects from the elegant to the outrageous.

In that time David has worked in architectural offices large and small, including more than a decade in New York City at world renowned Tony Chi & Associates, Rockwell Group, Zeff Design, and Creme, and has developed key design strategies with each step in his career. With leading-edge design practices and a clear understanding of how things are built, Motus Locus focuses on creating functional, inviting spaces with high-impact design at a reasonable cost, ensuring owner satisfaction and an exciting end-user experience.
